SUBMIT ACCOUNTABILITY

You must submit an Accountability Report to Mainland Foundation within three months of receiving your grant.

The Accountability Report is the confirmation that the grant money has been spent in accordance with the approved purposes.

You can complete the Accountability Report online by logging in to your account through the button on the right. There is also a helpful guide for managing your online account.

Please note:  You will need to upload invoices, bank statements, supplier receipts or payroll documentation to confirm that you have spent the funds. Have these ready.
